Jacobs coffee is a German coffee brand and its rich history dates back to 1895. At the time, Johann Jacobs opened a  small coffee and tea shop in Bremen, but he didn't just want to sell coffee, he wanted to perfect the craft of coffee  roasting and blending. He set out to find the perfect blend of coffee beans to create a unique taste experience. 

Soon Jacobs' passion led to the Jacobs Kaffee brand. This coffee brand very quickly became known at home and  abroad for its rich flavour and high quality. In the 1980s, this led to mergers with other coffee companies and in 2014  Jacobs became part of Douwe Egberts. Jacobs Kronung is the flagship of the German coffee brand. As the name suggests, this coffee variety is Jacobs' crown  jewel. This coffee has a mild yet full-bodied flavour with a very rich aroma.
