Bar-le-Duc mineral water comes from the Utrechtse Heuvelrug in the Netherlands. According to the manufacturer, the water originated from rainfall that fell on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug around 1,200 years ago. The water slowly filtered through different layers of soil and is protected at a depth of approximately 150 metres by clay layers. It is bottled directly at the source.
