Evian’s mineral composition is naturally consistent. Per litre, the mineral water contains 80 mg of calcium, 26 mg of magnesium, 6.5 mg of sodium and 360 mg of bicarbonates. It also contains small amounts of potassium, nitrates, sulphates, silica and chlorides. The water has a pH of 7.2, which is close to neutral.
